Cullins One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Lewis Center, OH is looking to hire a full-time Office Admin to join our office team and perform a variety of clerical, customer service, and bookkeeping tasks to help keep our HVAC business running smoothly. Our Office Admin works 40 hours a week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and earns a competitive wage of $25,000 to $30,000 plus commissions and bonuses resulting in earnings of up to $50,000, depending on performance. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OFFICE ADMIN
As an Office Admin, you are the first point of contact with our customers, making you crucial to our success! In order to provide our clients with the very best in HVAC services, we need someone to pay attention to the details and keep our office running efficiently.
Data entry, scheduling, and assigning calls, as well as helping with various bookkeeping functions are important responsibilities of this position. You effectively communicate with HVAC technicians and customers to maintain up-to-date company records and ensure client satisfaction. You also manage our social media making sure to keep our customers updated. Your attention to detail and accuracy help keep our business running smoothly.
You cheerfully handle phone calls and customer inquiries. Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all of your interactions and our clients and staff enjoy working with you. You are good at establishing procedures and processes to keep everything flowing and organized. You see what needs to be done and jump right in. Your daily contributions help to build our business and customer relationships.
